Health, Safety and Environmental Policy

Noreco is recognised as a leading company within HSE and we strive towards our HSE vision: zero accidents, zero incidents and zero long term impact to the environment. We safeguard people, the environment and our facilities through commitment to improve health, safety and environment in all aspects of our business.

In order to achieve this we:

  • enforce a culture where all feel responsible for their contribution to health, safety and environmental results and continuous improvements
  • intervene to stop unsafe actions and address deviations from applicable standards and procedures
  • monitor and protect major accident barriers
  • ensure organisational health and optimal working conditions
  • reduce health, safety and environmental risk through systematic risk management and risk mitigation
  • strive to prevent occurrence of damage, harm and pollution from our activities
  • work to achieve a sustainable and socially responsible business that strives to prevent pollution and achieve continual improvement in environmental performance
  • comply with regulatory requirements and expectations, and the Noreco Management system
  • learn from and openly share HSE learning’s with other industry partners
  • review our HSE performance and challenge ourselves to strive for improvements by setting objectives and targets on an annual basis
